Is there a standard Table to convert from Characters to their respective
Presentation forms ??
I wasnt able to find such a Mapping and had to copy off VIM's patch and
tried to match Characters by eye from the Unicode Charts, and still am
missing lots of characters and some persian chars too..
If it doesnt exist, then why dont you add that to the Wiki page ???
BTW Lemine, If you can live with just CP-1256 conversion to-fro Unicode,
you can get the conversion by eye from the CP-1256 chart, which also
contains the Unicode value for each char...
AFAIK, Windows-Arabic (CP-1256) and Unicode are the most used Charsets.
