Make sure to send a reminder no later than 24-hours prior to the meeting
to the 'doc' list with a "QAC Meeting Reminder" title or similar to get
people's attention (the table above should be repeated).  Do try to make
this meeting a weekly/monthly/periodic affair (same bat channel, same bat
time) to make it as routine as possible.
