FYI - all mails to the list by non-subscribers gets inspected by the
moderator and those that are relevant (ie. non-spam) are allowed, but
they do on most occasions incur a hefty delay (sometimes a week or
so) for them to actually get approved so it is best to subscribe and
post :-)
