You are right. I just fixed it and this is the second word I bump into
and the first was from the 'A' file too. I didn't see anything similar
in other files.

Honestly, I was thinking of the multi-lines long time ago since some
times I need more Arabic words to make the translation meaningful.
It would be nice to have several Arabic lines as opposed to one big Arabic
line. But I would not put it as a priority right now.

For different meanings, both you and I saw how '/' looks more appealing
than the comma. But to use '/' while typing Arabic is a pain in the rear
end hence I decided to use ',' and may be use a text processor when the
file is finished to replace ',' with '/'.
