I am against it .. no need to be specific about time .. and Item 13 article C 
cover it as it include :
" 3. على المنسق ضمان تنفيذ كل الأعمال المتعلقة بالمشروع مثل الحصول على 
     النتائج، البحث عن المساعدة و المعلومة، تحديث الوثائق، تحديث معلومات  
     صفحة المشروع في موقع الفريق على الإنترنت، إعلام المنسق العام بحالة  
     المشروع  إلى ما غير ذلك."
and the word كل الأعمال includes that without mentioning .. infact I am 
thinking of droping the whole example part .. talking about everything that 
comes after the word مثل .. As a charter should be general guidlines, and 
giving example to articles, and explaining articles should not be included in 
the charter .. this is my thought ..
