Salam, I haven't received any feedback on the cvs commit(s) of the draft_charter (aside from Youcef's typo corrections -- which I still have one to fix). Our proposed date of official adoption is today (Feb. 24, 2003). I am going with the UTC time, so it's currently 17:58 (as of writing this sentence).
