no I need remotely view what the other machine doing and sometimes control it,
like if I open a second window but not on the same machine.

If you just want to run OO text editor installed on another machine and see it on your machine, you can tell the other machine to display OO on your machine.
Just connect to the remote host while setting the display to the local host
[you at localhost ~]$ ssh -Y the.other.machine
then run OO editor (runs on the other machine, displays locally)
[you at remotehost~]$ oowriter
