I think it would be a good idea, but...
 1) I think an account is not in question but better a forwarding alias
 2) I fear spam, sina is not that powerful
 3) it would add a responsibility (mail is a sensitive service, no one
wants to loose emails or to experience delays with it) to the admin ;-)

      

I thought about that and using Gmail *1 sounds like a good option (we would
need a change in MX settings).. It allows up to 5000 user per domain.
Unfortunately, we cannot get the Educational version as arabeyes isn't
registered yet.
