I'm not sure what you're asking, but a keyboard 'b' press should
result in sending 2 characters a LAM (U+0644)and ALEF (U+0627) -
their combined presentation/visual effect when viewed is a single
LAA (U+FEFB) -- there are other similar related combos.  So if you
are asking if the 'b' should in fact send 2 characters and be
stored on disk/media in that manner then the answer is yes.
