Yes. I think it will be more appropriate to use mostly English in this list 
(and 'developer', and other technical lists) specifically for that reason, as 
stated before in fact. We have kind of agreed to use mostly Arabic in the 
'doc' list though, which is exclusive to translation and documentation.

But I think that there will be from time to time some Arabic-only posts here.
