I don't know what is the origin of this issue... I personally have never seen
that. We have plenty of UTF-8 files on our CVS and they are all OK :-)
I suppose that something happened during the transfer (did they open the files
with an editor for ex ?).
Anyone else ?
BTW, I am replying to 'general' which is more appropriate than 'admin'
(related only to 'internal' server issues).
