  Whatever you consider it, it's still a religious text and these things are
  very sensitive.
  Why would you want the "last version"?
  Well, let's say that printing X passed certification and after that an error
  has been discovered. Al-Azhar in these cases invalidates the certification
  and corrects the error.
  It's clear then that if you get a mushaf from a non-Islamic body, you are
  risking too much.
  But if you are not willing to do that, then at least you should contact the
  organization that certified it to make sure that the certification is valid.

  Of course but when it comes to getting a new mushaf, you should be
  contacting an Islamic body for the reason above.
