This is fixed now. The option now is checked automatically when we select 
Arabic. Thanks.

During the installation one will be faced with the dialog box of "Please choose a  
language to use." If we choose Arabic either as the primary language or as extra  
supported language the "Use Unicode by default" option should be irrelevant and have  
no effect at all, as we are already in UTF-8 (it would be of use for people installing in  
French, which by default uses iso-8859-15, if they want UTF-8 instead). Actually this is  
not the case. Checking this option will affect "/etc/fstab" 'iocharset' option and put  
'iocharset=utf8' instead of 'iocharset=iso8859-1' which allow you to read Arabic  
filenames in windows partitions. In summary iocharset should be set to utf8 whether we  
checked that option or not.
