If you mean nls_utf8, it's already compiled and loaded.

[root at localhost emunzir]# lsmod |grep utf
nls_utf8                1920  2

Yes, I need help. Have you been able to use samba3 to view Arabic filenames in 
a Windows XP, 2000, 2003 PC? What's your unix charset, dos charset, display 
charset set to? Which distro did you try it on? I personally tried Mandrake 
10 though shouldn't make a difference.
