Do you want to write in Arabic or to change the interface ?

if you want to write in Arabic just install some Arabic fonts (e.g from
http://www.arabeyes.org/project.php?proj=Khotot )
and install Arabic keyboard to your window manager (e.g KDE or GNOME)
