Thanks. I did once download from the mentioned URL http://www.iglu.org.il/iglu.org.il/pub/Hebrew/OpenOffice/. I did succeed to install, but all words in the menus and messages were from left to right. You can imagine how impossible it is to read it. Once I asked the question in openoffice.org users mail list, and I was told that the work was even not done because of the complexity of rendering the text from right to left and they did not seem to be working on it at the time (about two months ago). As it did not work I just deleted the huge 57MB file.
