XMMS doesn't display the arabic file names in the playlist or the rolling
 title in the main player window.
Also, the file browser can't show arabic file names.
Operating systems ( RH 8.0) supports viewing and writing arabic in both KDE
 and GNOME.
This problem is found on all other distributions too.
And the font configuration doesn't show the arabic fonts, so that we can't
choose an arabic font to be used with xmms.
