new arabeyes.org look

I have deployed the new site the other day. Hopefully everyone is able to find
everything in a more logical way (the pervious site was a mess as far as
content organization goes).

Everything will be database driven as we move along (although those changes
you won't feel from your side - as it will maintain the same layout).
