Mohamed (and others) please please please don't blindly include
previous emails and only cite/include relevant portions in your
replies (there was no reason to include Ayman's entire email to
simply tell him to assign you a file - you could have easily only
included his one sentence in which he made the offer). This has
been mentioned dozens of times here and in the 'handbook' [1] which
everyone should read.
These simple and non-intrusive rules are there for a reason, let's
be civil and follow 'em.
