I don't think the number of people translating will increase if such a
system was in place.  I think initially you'll get 3x increase (or there
abouts) of people but that number will drop dramatically a week or two
into the process while someone will have to sift through the hundreds of
meaningless and non-coherent results (not to mention the need to fit
this entire process into our already existing process/methodology).

If you google for these methods and see what other projects are saying
about them you'll note that there two sides to this story as well (a growing
number of people are noting that this is a resource-hog and is a waste of
time).  I think we should wait a bit longer to see if/when these tools
mature a bit to actually include commits from repository (CVS/SVN) account
holders.

I don't mean this to be a flame-war (far from it), I just in all honesty
think this will create alot of work for some people with minimal (if at
all) spotty results.
