Bring Debian Installer back to 100%

Guys (and girls...even if this seems hypothetical),

debian-installer_packages_mdcfg_debian_po :41 translated messages, 8 fuzzy translations.
debian-installer_packages_partman_partman-md_debian_po :11 translated messages, 2 fuzzy translations.
debian-installer_packages_partman_partman-partitioning_debian_po :46 translated messages, 1 fuzzy translation,1 untranslated message.

May someone brings this back to a full 100% ? Possible in the next
days and, at the minimum before Oct 6th.

The 8 fuzzies in mdcfg are trivial : s/RAID1/RAID5 mostly..:-). Others
also. Indeed, there is only one really new sentence to translate.

Debian Installer first stage in Arabic now works properly, except a
few display glitches in the partitioning step which probably do not
really prevent working.

The second stage currently hangs but we know why..:-). We're waiting
for the fixed slang libraries to reach the testing branch of the
distribution.
