SQL-Ledger localization

I was reading a recent article [1] on egLug.org and it came to my
attention that SQL-Ledger (a powerful open source accounting application)
is being localized by some individuals in Egypt who are maintaining it
themselves.

   ''till this day he [Mr. Omar] still maintains the Arabic
     translation of SQL-Ledger.''

Since the official SQL-Ledger site [2] doesn't note an Arabic localization,
shouldn't we try to fix this (Arabic is not listed in its "Supported
languages" catagory).  Shouldn't this translation/localization be sent
back upstream so that others can benefit from it (or is there more to
this story) ?

For the few that are on the list that are involved with eglug, could you
please pass this to the appropriate people for a proper fix.  I'm sure
Arabeyes would be willing to help if need be in case a repository is
needed for this active work.
