Unfortunately, not, at least not from an installer point of view.
Adding a language to the installer requires the addition of strings to
support that language (ie, it would add the string "Arabic" which would
then need to be translated into every other language).

Just a note: Persian (Farsi) language is in Anaconda and it _IS_ right-to-left
and maybe the same font can be used for Arabic, or any of the others in KACST*
set.
Also, we can _easily_ translate the word Arabic to all the other languages
using any of the many many available dictionaries/translation service on the
net.
