We indeed encourage people to use Linux, but we did not put any Windows 
program there because we really don't know any. But I am curious to know the 
name of that program as it sure will be useful for those who have technical 
difficulties or want to take some time to test/switch to Linux.

Can you provide the name of the program and a URL please ?
