Hmm. It seems that there's a bug in that script. Anyway, that automated 
message is supposed to be sent to wake 'sleepy' people :-) As noted in the 
message, you simply need to login to the website to make your account 
'active' again.

About GNUStep, I think a post to the 'developer' list would also be useful.
