initial import of the freedesktop and GNU/Linux tools

Salam all,

After getting maintainership of the freedesktop and GNU/Linux tools I
imported all the files to the cvs server you'll find them under
transalte/freedesktop.
these files are the core Linux files from bison to the gcc and the
freedesktop files like gstreamer and shared-mime-info. So translating
these files means transalating Linux itself to Arabic!!! And it means
that you'll translate some of the most used tools for KDE and gnome
alike to Arabic! I for myself feel that after the QAC this is the most
important project in the Arabization effort!!!
