Debian Stage1 almost finished

Salam all,

Well, the POs of the first stage of Debian are almost finished. Just a few
dozen strings left. But lets not start celebrating yet, as we need to revise
and re-revise every file if we want to make our mark with an installer thats
not just good but GREAT. I ran into Elzubeir earlier on IRC and he was fuming
over some misspellings ;)

So, I propose the following: 

1. Either I or Ossama go through all files one by one (I'll do it).

2. If I find misspellings or ignored shaddas or unnecessary hamzas or other
such cosmetic mistakes, I will correct them silently.

3. If I make changes for the sake of eloquency (i.e. to make a sentence sound
better or less stilted/childish) I will also do that silently.

4. If I think a word should be replaced for the sake of consistency or any
other reason, I won't replace it before consulting on the doc list.

5. If I find what I believe to be a grammatical error, I will correct it
silently unless I believe it requires consultation.

6. When I'm done someone else goes through the files to see if there is
anything I missed.

Ossama? Anmar? Is this alright with everyone?
