you need qt3 for kde3.
keep qt4 in aside, and hunt bugs in it.

It dies on this string in kdeartwork/kwin_system.po

Just tell me if you can reproduce this in Arabic. If you can, add a comment in
the bugzilla of KDE. I will try and hunt this bug.
My idea is that the KDE widget which derived qrichtextedit is the one to
blame.

as I said... :)
you should put more preassure in mdk... the system is arabic ready, they are
too lazy to install fonts. That is all the problem.
