One question: is the issue with the format of that file fixed ? It's of no use 
to start working if the encoding of the file is broken...

Another thing: we discussed on this list (search the archives) that the method 
would be that way: each translator puts his suggested words separated by '::' 
(à la wordlist) and his name between brackets.
