Hmm. I would say 'yes'. But I'm not sure. It depends on what you call
'interface'. If it's the common words 'File, 'Edit' etc then I think they
come from KDEbase. The rest should come from the PO file for Kmail.
Is _ALL_ the interface arabized ? What about the other menus, the dialogs
(settings for ex) etc etc ?
