Looks like the proxy your are behind does not support pserver.

There are two ways you can get the files from arabeyes.org cvs.

1. use the cvsweb tar ball. You can find it at the root of the GNOME 
project at the bottom of the screen. You can find it here:

http://cvs.arabeyes.org/viewcvs/translate/gnome/gnome.tar.gz?tarball=1

2. You can use the script called CVSgrab. the details of the script are at:

http://cvsgrab.sourceforge.net/
