All you need to know is in the translator guide ;-)

I think you read the Arabic translator FAQ, that's why you found that
Windows paragraph...
Anyway, I am not the KDE coordinator, but it seems indeed that there's none
working on the accessibilty module (but I'm not quite sure). If none answers
this email and says he is working on that module, I think you can start to
work on it next week... (Again, this is just a suggestion, i am not the
coordinator).

I want to join your team and start participating in the arabization of KDE.
I've noticed that no one working on accessibility. So I would like to start
with it
the problem taht I want to do it through linux , the way you expalin is how
to use CVS from windows, I want someone to help and say how to start using
linux, I've Mandrake 9. the CVS progam i want to use is CVS is Cervisia.
Any one can help
