about notepad my one has no UTF it's from win9x
and as you know I can't just copy the nt/2k/xp/xy
version
I need it so when I was in univecity or with my friend
or at home I don't need to restart to my linux

also a converters will do the job
I have the window version of a lot of GNU tools
like iconv ... etc but I don't now how to use them

win32 port of katoob is GR8 but not precompiled and
I'm not going to compile it adn more it need alot of
libs so it fit on a flash disk not a floppy
