Committee creation meeting agenda

Salam all,
OK. Here's an attempt to create an agenda.
I tried to put all what I have in mind. Please add
what ever you see missing and/or prepare any comments
you have for each point.

    = Approve entries in the technical list

      technical list
    = Periodically/randomly check translations (in
      different projects)
    = Set standards/guidelines
      * When to use verbs, nouns, sources
      * Deal with external translation requests
  + Assign Members
    = Member tasks
    = Member authorities
- Approve entries
  + Way of approval
  + Maximum entry translations
  + Resources used
