evo.po commit doesn't work!

Salam all,
when I want to commit the evo po to the cvs server I get this rror
message:
cvs commit evolution-1.5.po
cvs server: Up-to-date check failed for `evolution-1.5.po'
cvs [server aborted]: correct above errors first!
cvs commit: saving log message in /tmp/cvsQWnflY
never got this before, I have to add here that I am using the file
Ossama uploaded yesterday and not an older file or a different one...
