There is no reason to be fed up ;) There is a simple procedure that is
outlined in the email you received with your account information. When
you have cvs issues, you need to file a report on:
http://www.arabeyes.org/arabugs

You could also let us know when you have a problem and can't solve it,
instead of simply giving up. How am I supposed to know that?

We have tried to contact you specifically but were unable to reach you
because the email you have given us is no longer a valid one (libero).

As far as others are concerned -- for most people there were no issues.
Most of the cvs related problems have to do with the way the password
is encrypted (when sent to us to use for your account). Others, they
report the problem and it gets fixed.

Let's give it another shot, shall we? Start by filing a report on Arabugs so I
can have a look at it, with the exact description of the problem (program
outputs, what you input, etc).

Thanks
