I have a few questions. They are both genuine questions and ones that are
meant
to make you think. Genuine questions coz I don't have the pretention to be all
knowing about Arabic even though it's one of my mother languages, and make you
think coz I might bring some points as someone who finds the terminology
suggested sometimes a bit complicated.

These two suggestions seem perfect to me. They are perfectly common and easily
understood, the connection in my humble brain requires less than 0+ second to
be made.

Arabic? Again, is it my Arabic which is at fault here? if not, how will I know

you mean dakhelee like "internal"? ma7allee would be a tiny bit more accurate
for "local". That said localhost is of rather common use among developers or
sysadmins. So the whole expression is heavy. Maybe you should relate to the
concept here and not to a word2word translation. What about "daar" (like in
home, house), simply?

what is meant:), seriously! Besides, the difference is made with
server/servant:)
