Please tell us about the three lines before the line

Becuase we can find some important messages to diagnose the problem

I have the same problem happened with me after installing WinCVS 1.3
but every thing went perfect after installing the previous version WinCVS
1.2
That is true if the message is mentioning .cvspass file.
