I don't think that the problem is in the name of palastine, but i don't
think that there is an arabic name of israil, the arabic name of that
area is palastine or "the accupide area"

If the point is to have an extra entry for Palestine, just add it to
kdebase/l10n as Meni suggested (and according to the specs in the
README for this directory like explained in my former mails). This will
give a sensible choice to everybody without showing disrespect to
anybody else.
But please don't try to "solve" the problem by politically slanted
translations.
