I think we should start with alkateb for now. and then when we get response
from Matthias then we can switch to kbabel app.
but we need a fast mini howto for alkateb to help newcomers to start
compiling and using this nice text editor..
I couldn't get a successful compile for alkateb..
ok what should we use for translators who don't have Linux but want to
contribute to this project? there should be tools in windows to help them
start in this project like notepad or somthing just to speed up the work!
and  we should start organizing the team and split the .po files for them
and us..
how does it sound to you?

and for the team I do really like to see some postings from you guys..
