This is the distro I recommend and use, called TAILS:

it is a debian livecd/liveusb that is made for privacy and anonymity
with several software
pre configured by default with security and privacy in mind. with
TOr, I2P, GNUPG for encrypted mail and OTR plugin for pidgin along
other usual software: openoffice, GIMP...and with Arabic translated
software.
