vim and arabic

hi,

i download vim-6.3
compile it and it ok ,view arabic with bidi and shaping very good.
but i have to problems:

1) when i use gvim (gui) the arabic is view with bidi but without 
shaping,why this ?

  (textmdoe ok in any terminal)

2) when i use vim in console no arabic at all it is view as (????????),why 
this?

  (bash-3.0 with utf8 and view arabic with nano ,cat ,less ,but vim no 
arabic at all)

  (textmode not ok in console)
