Arabic keyboard layout patch

Salam all,

I changed my arabic keyboard layout to reflect what i was suggesting on the general mailing list of arabeyes thread (Arabic keyboard layot ... once again)[1], this is a patch that applies the changes to /etc/X11/xkb/symbols/pc/ara , im using debian testing and i dont know if these is true to other distroes but i suppose it does, please tell me if you find this is a bad/good idea and if it should be submitted to xorg or not!
