Mohammed, I'm quite sorry to say that but I won't probably write that tidbit
about the TODO manager for the Developer Guide.
Now that we are using either CVS or Wiki for regrouping TODOs, I think there's
no need to use another mean. As far as code TODOs are concerned, I suggest to
use the '\todo' instruction in Doxygen (at least that's what I use): it
happens to be very useful when it comes to generate a single HTML TODO page
for a project... Maybe you can write a small sentence about that in the guide
?
Anyway, I consider that the 'TODO Manager' was a good PHP exercise (that's how
I learnt it ;-), and you can safely remove my name from the credits list...
