Great, do please -

 1. Register with Arabeyes so an account gets created for you (do please
    enter correct info),

     http://www.arabeyes.org/register.php

 2. Do please follow the instructions noted in the CVS HOWTO to request
    CVS commit access.

     http://www.arabeyes.org/download/documents/howto/cvs-howto-en
     [Note "2.1 - Requesting Accounts"]

Once those are done, I highly recommend you and Mr. EL-Helw discuss how
to proceed and upload your code onto Arabeyes' CVS preferable in the
same 'jquran' dir (ie. I'm assuming you guys will come to an agreement
quickly).

I am extremely encouraged by your words and attitude and commend you
on your efforts and vision.

We'll await your registration and CVS access request to process 'em
ASAP.

Salam.

 - Nadim
