I don't think We need to do this, its only 4 files.

I am a little concerned about the original files that were under ITL/ (QTHijri among others)... Did you remove them ??? That was the original work form Yousef Al Harthi. I know that they are in the attic, but I think it would have been better if you simply put some hierarchy in that directory.
