And this is something you can't control.
If someone have the bad motivation to modify it, he will not follow the rules
and laws.
Only by putting licenses (whatever it is) you base a ground for them to
discuss and may claim that the license is not clear....etc
The best democracies in the world, didn't respect human rights in Palestine
and Afghanistan.
Laws are for people with good motivations (IMHO)
