Xft2 problems ? (was Re: AW: katoob!!!)

Can you post a screen shot please ?

The problem here is that Gtk 2.4 will depend on xft and you can NOT disable it using GDK_USE_XFT=0
What does this mean ?
It means that we are going to loose any arabic score points we have gained unless we find where the problem is. My main problem is that i can't reproduce this problem on my debian woody with xft compiled from source!! "that's why i am trying to collect as much info as i can, Can you send me your /etc/fonts/fonts.conf ?"
