This is a known problem in Pango .. They promissed to work it out .. but the
new thing to me is that I thought this problem with the 7arakat is with
Arabic in General .. now it turns out that it is only for the TTFs .. I will
follow this up in the Gnome Bugzilla .. hoping to get over it soon
