You are right about that xpaint is too old and palin ugly, but i could 
not find many futures in any other new paint programs such as using the 
clipboard of the XWindows and not it's own clipboard, it is very simple 
and easy to use ... I have also tried to write such a program in QT3, 
but i did not had any time to finish it's basic things. if you find any 
qt3, Xlib or gtk2 "not gnome" programs with these futures please tell me 
because i realy need to include them in Haydar Linux.
